In no way, shape, or form do I consider myself to be an expert on design. I do however, consider myself to have opinions on certain things that may prove valuable, even if only starting conversation. Design affects us in our day to day activities, whether it is in choosing groceries at the store, or in creating a look to encompass what we want in company identity. It is a beautiful language that involves all of our senses in order to properly communicate. It is functional in the way it works to market or sell a product. It is also pleasurable in the way it is able to to bring a smile to someone’s face. Business or personal, or somewhere in the middle, design has a place in our present and future lives.

It also has a place in my heart, and from there, I write.
